400 g fillet of anglerfish
100 g fillet of salmon
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 glass of Cavi-Art®
chopped parsley
salt, pepper, and white wine.
Dice salmon, pepper, and
onion and mix with finely
chopped garlic, parsley,
Cavi-Art®, salt and pepper. Cut
a pocket in the fillets of
anglerfish and put the filling in
it. Boil the fillets in water till
they are tender.
Serve with potatoes boiled in
their jackets and sauce
hollandaise.
