Avocado with Cavi-Art® and Shrimps

(4 servings)

2 avocados
1 glass of Cavi-Art®
100 g shrimps
2 dl créme fraîche 38%
1 spoonful lemonjuice
1 spoonful ketchup
salt and white pepper.

Stir créme fraîche with lemonjuice, ketchup, salt and pepper. Add shrimps and Cavi-Art®.
Dice the flesh from the avocados and then add it to the mixture.
Leave in the fridge for 1 hour and then put the mixture back into the avocados.
Serve with baguettes.
