1 onion, 2 dl white wine
11/2 dl fish bouillon
1/4 dl whipping cream
200 g shrimps
1 glass of Cavi-Art®
a little chopped chives
salt and white pepper
Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil till golden. Then add white wine and boil down. After that add cream and fish boullion and reboil till reduced to about 1. Thicken the soup till it is slightly creamy. Add Cavi-Art®, shrimps, and chopped chives. Finally reboil the soup and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with bread.
