Open Sandwiches - Roast Beef with Cavi-Art®

½ slice coarse rye bread
6 slices of roast beef
2-3 tbsp Cavi-Art® (seaweed-caviar)
dill

Place the slices of roast beef overlapping on the buttered bread, and place the seaweed-caviar diagonally across the meat. Garnish with a little dill.
