Shipping Information

SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the Continental US (Alaska and Hawaii included). WE DO NOT TAKE orders for delivery outside USA.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders received by us before 2:00pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after 2:00pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on bank holidays. We ship standard UPS Ground, or UPS 3 day for an additional fee. Delivery addresses on the west coast takes 4-5 days to be delivered and on the east coast 7-9 days. Please expect 2 extra days for shipment before major holidays.

FREIGHT CHARGES

1. Shipping charges are USD 7.50 for orders of 0.5-5lbs by UPS GROUND if order value is less than USD 45.00.
2. For all shipments over USD 45.00 exclusive freight are sent free of charge by UPS GROUND.
3. For shipments UPS 3 day select on orders under USD 45.00 and weight 0,5-5lbs the shipping charge is USD 19.95.
4. For shipment over USD 45.00 exclusive freight charges shipped by UPS 3 day Select, the freight charge is USD 12,- for orders 0,5-5lbs.
5. For shipments over USD 45.00 exclusive freight 5-14lbs shipped by UPS 3 day select the freight charge is USD 18.00

DELIVERY ADDRESS
NORSEA LLC will not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must have a full name and address including your phone number( UPS requires this).

RETURN POLICY
Every customer has the right to return unopened and not destroyed goods within 60 days of order. The goods must be returned back by UPS GROUND at customer expense. We also need a notification from customer by email before goods are returned with a description of the goods to be returned and which name and address it shall be on the reimbursement check. When we have received the goods we will reimburse the goods received at full value including the original shipping charges.
