Warm Potatoes with Cavi-Art®

(4 servings)

1 kg new potatoes
1 glass of red Cavi-Art®
1 dl crème fraîche 18%
chives
salt and white pepper.

Scrub the potatoes and boil them in salt water till they are tender. Pour away the water and keep the potatoes warm under a piece of cloth.
Dressing: mix crème fraîche with finely chopped chives, salt and white pepper.
Cut the warm potatoes into slices and put them on a plate with dressing and Cavi·Art ® - and perhaps with a little chives.
Serve with coarse rye bread.
